Arat Co.'s Chopped Dates are made from Sayer Dates derived from palm tree under the scientific name of Phoenix Dactylifera variety.

Production Process

The Dates are being pitted and then in Arat’s factory they areprocessed passing below stages: 

• Modern machine chopping (Without maceration)  
• Sieving, Aspirating
• Laser Sorting
• Triple Static handpicking on Stainless Steel tables 
• Metal Detecting

All the way through this process, Arat’s QC team has an accurate supervision on the production process and carried out various tests on the product on different stages of production. 
Chopped Dates is usually coated with either rice flour or dextrose powder in order to maintain the shelf life of the product and ensuring “free flowing” of the goods.

 Arat Co. collects choosiest raw material from its approved growers and suppliers.
